Waterpark Figures and Themed Sculptures

MiniatureArt designs and produces themed figures, character sculptures and decorative scenes for waterpark and aquapark projects. We bring the character production experience we developed for fairy tale parks to waterpark entrance areas, the surroundings of children’s areas and themed photo spots.

Themed figures and character sculptures for water parks

An aquapark’s story can begin while the visitor is still at the entrance. An undersea world, pirate island, tropical jungle or fairy tale theme defines the form and colors of the figures and their placement in the space. We plan the production scope according to the park’s concept, from a single character sculpture to interconnected scenes.

  • Entrance and welcome figures: Characters and original mascots that tell the park’s theme.
  • Themed photo spots: Sculptures and scenic decorations where visitors can take photos.
  • Surroundings of children’s areas: Sea creatures, fairy tale heroes and decorative figures that complete the story.
  • Hotel and resort aquaparks: Custom characters and themed elements that match the identity of the property.

Examples from our character production

The images below are examples of figures we produced for fairy tale parks. In a waterpark project, the character, size and surface treatment are defined separately according to the area of use.

Choosing materials and placement for waterpark figures

A figure placed in a dry entrance area, around a pool or at a point in direct contact with water requires different production conditions. Materials, coatings, paint, support structure and fixing method are evaluated specifically for each project, taking into account sun, humidity, splashing, cleaning practices and visitor contact.

In a design that will be in direct contact with water or will have a water-spraying function, the figure and the water system must be handled together. We clarify the conditions of use and the operator’s technical requirements at the design stage.

From design to production and installation

First, the theme, number of figures, sizes and layout plan are defined. The character’s form is prepared with digital modeling, robotic milling and handcraft. Surface details, painting, support system, packaging and installation scope are planned according to the needs of the project. You can explore existing production examples in our figure and character gallery.

How is a quote for waterpark figures prepared?

For an initial assessment, the park’s location, theme or character drawings, the approximate number and size of figures, site photos and the target delivery date provide a sufficient start. You can also share how the figures will come into contact with water and the installation points. Production cost depends on size, level of detail, materials, surface treatment and installation scope.
