Çorlu Fairy Tale Park: A 20,000 m² Themed Masterpiece

Spread over an impressive 20,000 square metres, Çorlu Fairy Tale Park is a comprehensive, turnkey themed attraction. All of its Çorlu fairy tale figures were produced by MiniatureArt. MiniatureArt is proud to have taken on and delivered the entire project, including concept design, construction drawings, building works and artistic production. Raising the standard of outdoor entertainment, the park seamlessly blends highly detailed figurative sculptures with advanced animatronic technology, offering visitors a genuine experience in which they feel part of the fairy tale.

Majestic Architecture and an Evolving Landscape

  • Monumental Castle Entrance and Facilities: Visitors are welcomed through a huge, custom-built castle structure that serves as the park’s grand main gate. Inside the site, an extremely stylish and beautifully designed cafeteria offers families a first-class place to rest.

  • Custom Brick Paving: The footpaths were meticulously built with vertically laid brick pavers that add a warm, nostalgic and high-quality texture to the walking routes.

  • Landscaping Partnership (Elis Peyzaj): While MiniatureArt managed all themed and structural construction, all landscaping work was expertly carried out by Elis Peyzaj. As the natural vegetation matures over time, it continues to merge with the sculptures, creating unique, picture-perfect views throughout the park.

Çorlu Fairy Tale Figures: 175 Figures in 28 Concepts

  • Immersive Story Settings: We produced 175 incredibly detailed figures representing 28 different fairy tale concepts. What sets this project apart from our Meram and Manisa parks is that the characters in Çorlu are placed in front of intricate, custom-built backdrops. These scenic walls instantly transport visitors to the original settings of those fairy tales.

  • Custom Character Design and Costuming: The collection includes legendary figures such as Tintin, Little Red Riding Hood, Keloğlan, Nasreddin Hodja, Aladdin, Snow White and the Seven Dwarfs, and Cinderella. For this park, every character was redesigned with unprecedented detail and dressed in brand-new, custom-made costumes completely different from our previous installations.

Advanced Animatronics and the Stone Frog Theatre

  • Interactive Mechanical Figures: Going beyond static art, we integrated dynamic animatronic elements into the park, such as a fully animated talking tree that captures children’s attention and amazes them.

  • Stone Frog Theatre: A specially designed, rustic stone building was constructed to house the animatronic frog theatre, which presents an enchanting mechanical show in an enclosed and impressive atmosphere.

Material Engineering and Robotic Milling

  • Solid Internal Durability (Unlike Hollow Polyester): Every figure is carved directly from massive, high-density polyurethane blocks. Unlike traditional fiberglass or polyester shells, they are completely solid inside, which makes them extremely resistant to impact and designed to withstand decades of intense visitor interaction.
  • 7-Axis Robotic Carving and Hand Detailing: The characters were drawn to the millimetre in a 3D CAD environment, milled by industrial 7-axis robotic arms and flawlessly finished by our master sculptors and studio painters.
  • Heavy-Duty 20 mm Steel Anchoring: To ensure absolute safety, solid structural steel bars 2 cm (20 mm) thick, placed inside each figure, are anchored deep into the concrete foundations.

From fairy tale scene to on-site implementation

At Çorlu Fairy Tale Park, the character sculptures, the fairy tale backdrops and the animatronic shows are all part of the same visitor route. For a municipality or investor planning a new park, this example shows the importance of preparing figure selection, scene design and installation infrastructure together.
