In 2012, the park underwent a massive transformation and modernization, and we were honored to be a part of this new era. The park was re-opened once again by Queen Beatrix. Driven by the enhanced, ultra-realistic miniatures and new interactive elements, the 2012 re-opening shattered all previous attendance records, drawing an astounding 1.05 million visitors in a single year.
