Breaking National Visitor Records
In the end, the public decides whether a theme park succeeds. 80 Binde Devri Alem Park has exceeded all expectations. By the end of its second year, the park had proudly welcomed an astonishing 1,876,000 ticketed visitors.
Even more remarkably, it broke the all-time national daily visitor record for miniature parks in Turkey. Attracting 24,000 visitors in a single day, it surpassed the previous record of 19,000 held by the famous Miniaturk in Istanbul. Clearly, this level of interest shows the strong return on investment (ROI) and cultural value of a carefully prepared project.
Three Unique Worlds in One Mega Park
To engage visitors of all ages, we designed the park as a large complex with three distinct sections:
1. Turkic World Miniature Park
At the heart of the project lies its cultural core: a breathtaking exhibition of architectural masterpieces spanning the rich history of the Turkic world. Using advanced polyurethane casting and weather-resistant know-how, we recreated iconic mosques, monuments and historic buildings with museum-quality precision.
2. Enchanting Fairy Tale Park
Designed to capture the imagination of our youngest visitors, this section brings classic fairy tales to life. Using vivid, durable materials, we produced giant, lifelike characters and magical settings that create an unforgettable, interactive experience for families.
3. The Region’s Largest Dinosaur Park
This section is one of the main reasons for the huge visitor numbers. In fact, it is home to the largest dinosaur models in the region. Combining enormous scale with realistic detail, this area adds a fun and educational dimension that thrills children and adults alike.
Planning different themes within the same park
In the 80 Binde Devri Alem example, architectural miniatures, fairy tale scenes and dinosaur models form different narrative areas. In a similar project, we define the scale, target visitors and display format of each section. At the same time, we prepare a shared circulation and landscape plan.
