France Miniature, Babbacombe and Tobu World Square examples
France Miniature in France presents architectural monuments within the country’s geographical layout. Babbacombe Model Village in England brings miniature buildings together with landscape and scenes of everyday life. Tobu World Square in Japan presents architectural works from different parts of the world at 1:25 scale. In such miniature topographies, also searched for under the name Tobuland, the scene surrounding a building is as much a part of the visitor experience as the model itself.
For municipalities and investors who want to develop a similar park, we can bring together your city’s landmarks, historic buildings or works selected from world architecture in an original layout. Depending on the project, we plan the production scope from a miniature of a single building to the park’s entire model collection.
Miniatur Wunderland-style miniature topographies and 1:87 trains
Indoor miniature exhibitions such as Miniatur Wunderland in Hamburg combine architectural models with model trains, townscapes and moving systems. MiniatureArt can design and produce trains at 1:25, H0 / 1:87 or other scales suited to the project. Buildings, vehicles, track routes, motion mechanisms, lighting and the control system are planned together; production is not limited to a particular scale.

Turnkey miniature park construction: how does a project begin?
First, the park’s site, the target audience, the buildings to be exhibited and the outdoor or indoor conditions are defined. Then the scale, number of models, layout, production and installation schedule are prepared. We describe materials and production methods on the high-quality miniature production page.

How Do We Start and Build?
- Planning: The buildings to be exhibited, the visitor route and site requirements are considered together.
- Drawing and modelling: The architectural proportions of historic and modern buildings are prepared in two and three dimensions from project data.
- Outdoor conditions: Materials, surface treatments and the maintenance plan are determined according to the exhibition conditions. Regular maintenance is important for long-term use.
- Interactive presentation: Lighting, movement, sound and water effects are evaluated according to the needs of the project. The scope of model trains and track automation is planned separately.
