Combining cutting-edge CAD/CAM machinery with artisan hand-finishing, our facility is engineered to run high-volume, multi-project parallel manufacturing with strict quality control and global export standards.
Integrated Production Zones & Technical Capabilities
Advanced CNC & Digital Prototyping Workshop: Equipped with large-format multi-axis CNC milling centers, industrial laser cutting tables, and high-resolution SLA/FDM 3D printing farms. This department handles the millimetric extraction of architectural blueprints, terrain contours, and intricate structural components.
Polyurethane Board & Composite Casting Bay: Specialized casting zones where we synthesize our proprietary polyurethane boards, high-density modeling foams, and flexible silicone molds. We process weather-resistant epoxy and composite resins engineered for extreme outdoor longevity.
Structural Steel & Mechanical Engineering Area: Heavy-duty fabrication bay for welding internal steel skeletons, support sub-frames, and moving mechatronic armatures for outdoor scale models, 1:1 ship replicas, and animatronic characters.
Artisan Detailing & Dust-Free Finishing Booths: Climate-controlled, dust-free paint chambers equipped with industrial airbrushing stations. Master model makers apply multi-layered automotive-grade polyurethane paints, realistic weathering, and authentic material textures (stone, aged copper, timber, and glass).
Electronics & Smart Automation Testing Lab: Clean-room facility dedicated to wiring addressable LED grids, fiber optics, microcontroller boards, and tablet-control interfaces, followed by 72-hour continuous stress testing.
Export-Grade Packaging & Logistics Hub: Custom carpentry zone where shock-absorbing, climate-sealed wooden export crates are tailored specifically for each model to ensure 100% damage-free international road, sea, and air freight.
