Advanced Machinery and Large-Scale Production Technology

At MiniatureArt, architectural precision begins with industrial-standard digital production. Our CNC model making machinery fills a 4,500 m² workshop: high-precision CAD/CAM machines, a fleet of 21 CNC machines and specialized machining tools that turn complex architectural plans into millimetre-precise physical scale components. Meet the genius of the MiniatureArt factory, where art and technology come together.

At which stages is CNC model making machinery used?

Building and character forms defined in the digital model are turned into physical parts through CNC and robotic machining, according to the needs of the project. Terrain models, façade components, moulds and sculpture bodies require different machining programmes. Size, material and level of detail determine the production method to be used.

While the machines prepare the main form and repeating parts, sculptors, model makers and painters complete the surface details. Character sculptures, architectural models and our historic monument models are different applications of this production approach.

Our In-Factory Equipment and Hardware

  • Large-Format Multi-Axis CNC Mills: Used for 2.5D and 3D precision milling (machining) of high-density polyurethane modelling boards, master mould substrates and large-scale topographic terrain layers with zero margin of error.

  • Industrial Carbon Dioxide (CO2) and Fibre Laser Cutters: Designed for ultra-sharp cutting and engraving of cast acrylics, architectural model plastics, wood veneers and fine metallic structural accents.

  • Vacuum Casting and Polyurethane Moulding Stations: Special casting chambers and silicone moulding machines used for the efficient reproduction of fine architectural details, repeating façade panels and weather-resistant resin parts.

  • Climate-Controlled HVLP Spray and Paint Department: Industrial ventilation and airbrush paint installations for smooth, dust-free surface primers and UV-resistant polyurethane paints.

It Is Easy to Say; Clever Marketing Often Hides Low-Quality Workmanship.

In scale model making, real value is not built on promises; it is proven in engineering precision, material integrity and the microscopic execution (down to the finest detail) of the final product. Low-quality materials and rushed surface finishes may look acceptable from a distance, but they deteriorate quickly in real-world conditions.
