Ishak Pasha Palace Miniature Model

Perched on a rugged hill in Eastern Turkey, the Ishak Pasha Palace is beautifully recreated as a landscape and architectural miniature model. Fusing Ottoman, Seljuk, and Persian architectural styles, this intricate scale model features detailed courtyards, harem quarters, and dramatic stonework. Crafted for outdoor miniature parks, this topographical model perfectly replicates the palace’s dramatic real-world elevation and historical mystique.

It was built by the ruler of the period, Hasan Pasha’s son Ishak Pasha in 1784. The palace covers an area of 7600 square meters near Dogubeyazit. While the structure conforms to the scheme of the Ottoman palaces, the crown doors carry the traces of the Seljuk architecture. On the crown doors, the workmanship of different cultures from Iran to the Anatolian Seljuks, Georgia and Caucasia were used together.
