Alanya Shipyard and Red Tower Miniature Diorama

A defining landmark of the Turkish Riviera, the Alanya Shipyard (Tersane) and the adjacent Red Tower (Kızılkule) were constructed in 1226 by the Seljuk Sultan Alaeddin Keykubat. The octagonal red-brick tower and the five-vaulted seaside shipyard form a magnificent defensive and maritime complex.
