Hacı Bayram Mosque Miniature
Situated in the Ulus district of Ankara, Turkey, the Hacı Bayram Mosque was built in the early 15th century and stands adjacent to the ancient Roman Temple of Augustus. Known for its distinct brick facade, green-glazed tiles on the minaret, and breathtaking wooden ceiling interior, it is a spiritual and historical beacon. Our architectural scale model captures the unique exterior features and the harmony between the Ottoman mosque and the neighboring Roman ruins. This highly detailed topographical diorama is a fascinating addition to cultural miniature parks. Below you can view photos of the Hacı Bayram Mosque model.
It was built in the name of the great Sufi and poet Hacı Bayram Veli. The mosque in Ankara was built in 1427 and the tomb was built in 1429. The first renovation was done by Architect Sinan in the 16th century. Renovated again in 1947, the tomb has 8 sarcophagus.
The Augustus Temple
This temple was built by Roman Imperial Augustos on the sacred area of Kybele and Men in 25-20 BC. The temple is near the Hacı Bayram Mosque. It is also known as the Ankara Monument in the world. The marble temple of 36 x 54.82 meters stands on 2 meters high multi-step podium. The temple was used as a church in the Byzantines period.
The Hacı Bayram Mosque model was produced in MiniatureArt’s 4,500 m² workshop in Istanbul. Our model-making process starts with detailed documentation of the building’s architectural drawings, photographs and proportions; the model is then designed in one of the standard scales such as 1:10, 1:15 or 1:25, depending on the project.
The main form of the building is carved from solid polyurethane blocks using CNC machines and 7-axis robots. Fine details such as façades, windows, roofs and ornaments are finished and painted by hand by our team of architects, sculptors and painters. As a result, each model lets visitors experience the real building on a small scale, with faithful proportions and surface textures.
Our models displayed outdoors in miniature parks are designed to withstand harsh conditions such as sun, rain and frost. For a similar historical building model, museum model or miniature park project, contact us.
