R&D
Although MiniatureArt was officially founded in 2001, our works can be found in many museums since 1994. We have made great efforts to develop our art over the years.
We were the first in the world to produce miniatures using the carving technique from polyurethane boards. We are also the first in the world developed the a three-dimensional processing technique in miniature.
We were the first and only to produce miniatures for the miniature city of Madurodam, which has been making its own miniatures , with tradition since 1952, and we still continue to do so.
We are the only company in the world that produces its own computer-controlled cutting machines.
We are the only miniature manufacturer in the world that has managed to produce in the polyurethane product range between 0.1 – 0.35 – 0.5 – 0.65 – 0.75 – 0.85 – 1 – 1.3 – 1.5 and 1.7 gr/cm3.
We are the only manufacturer of polyurethane boards that are resistant to heat above 90 degrees apart from epoxy boards.
We have very successful products in polyurethane-based adhesives and mold materials.
We also produced our own computer-controlled machine, which weighs 4 tons and measures 2500 x 2500 H: 750 mm, and can carve the hardest volcanic rocks, marble and even iron.
We have the robot with the most precise repeatability in Europe. We can achieve 0.1 mm precision in a diameter of 300 cm.
MiniatureArt is also a project based company. In addition to generally producing its own projects, it makes these projects more understandable by modeling them.
MiniatureArt is the company that has produced the most miniatures and built the most parks in the world. For this reason, it has a large library of 275,000 photographs and 36,000 drawings.
