On this page, we will explain how we manufacture our high-quality miniatures and similar products and why our company’s work should not be compared to other companies.
We will also present the necessary business plan to become a successful miniature park holder.
The most important thing needed to miniaturize a building with historical importance well and realistically is knowledge, aesthetics and artistic perspective. The main difference between an architectural model and a miniature is the material.
Detailing is a passion. Detailing is a way of life. Seeing details requires a good eye . Not everyone has this. Making miniatures and similar artistic works requires infinite patience and understanding. In short, you must be passionate about what you do.
Miniature production is an art that must be in constant development. Our passion is to perform R&D activities, to further perfect the materials we have and to make miniatures that will last longer. You can to see this from the works we accomplished.
We wish to leave all our works to future generations. We all desire to leave something to our own children and the quality works meet this important criterion. Miniatures are legacies left to all the children , to the future generations.
Above: stainless steel roofing technic and high details on the facades, which is very hard to make.
Above: video shows generous material usage in fairytale heroes and two details from models.
These two pictures are of a Gothic cathedral. The one on the left belong a french producer and uses fiber and plexiglass as materials. The one on the right is made of high quality polyurethane. There is a clear difference between the two models in terms of material, workmanship quality, realism and paint quality. The cathedral in the picture on the right has 65 statues on just this facade and they are all different.
The same explanations apply to these two pictures. The one on the left uses the Architectural model technique, using 3 mm thick Plexiglass sheets glued on top of each other to create thickness, while the picture on the right is made with our Miniature technique, with all the details carved into the polyurethane billet .
There is no need for many words to explain the difference between these two pictures. It is even doubtful whether the figures in the triangle on the left are human. On the right, we see the mythological statues and reliefs on the triangular pediment of the Ivan Vazov Opera House in Sofia, the capital of Bulgaria, in all their glory. The sculpture work in this area alone took 196 hours to built.
From time to time we have to repair the poor quality and amateur work done by project model makers. These two videos are proof that miniature producing is no joke. Damages that occur 3 months after production are not just cosmetic and the solution requires to manufacture it again.
5 BASIC RULES
1) Checking the references of the person who perfoms this work on the website to see if they provide services such as accuracy, satisfaction and after-sales maintenance and repair. It is very important to check whether they have been penalized or are under financial and legal penalties for this reason or because of delay.
2) Checking whether their previous works, if any, were completed on time (we know that there are domestic and foreign contracts where a project with a duration of 10 months was delivered in 32 months)
3) If possible, it is useful to check the references by looking for them on site.
4) Visiting the workplace, checking the suitability of the workplace and whether they employ relevant and qualified professional personnel.
5) Obtaining technical specifications. You can obtain the technical specifications you need from domestic and foreign large Miniature Parks.
Technical specifications are the most necessary data for every manufacturer who wants to do the job to be able to bid on the same project. The prices of different materials , the time and labor required to process the material and manufacturing the miniatures are not the same. Materials also vary in quality. When you say polyurethane, you need to specify hardness, heat resistance and density. The same applies to adhesives and paints. Therefore, the most suitable and strict specifications should be provided.
In short, a logical price research can only emerge as a result of a correct and uniform technical specification for everyone.
